There are lots of different nutritional approaches to losing weight and gaining strength, however, we at Temple Fitness believe Macro Tracking offers the best results for individuals who wish to change their overall body composition (i.e., lose fat and gain muscle). This approach to nutrition revolves around meeting daily macronutrient (protein/fat/carbohydrates) targets, and not necessarily on what you eat to get there. It’s flexible and can be adapted to any dietary preference. Join us for this informative and educational workshop!
- One Body Composition scan prior to workshop (learn body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, body composition, hydration status and more)
- Custom macro profile created for you based on your specific goals and body composition results
- Four (4) hour group workshop, ensuring you are educated and set up for success; workshop will include hands-on application plus will cover topics such as My Fitness Pal setup, how to hit your macros effectively, brand/snack ideas and more!

Note: For individuals who want a higher degree of accountability, Temple Fitness offers a $50/month-to-month Macro Accountability package which includes a weekly check-in with a Macro Coach and macro adjustments as needed.
