So much of the conversations we have in the gym revolve around physical appearance and benefits that come with working out. Equally as important, and much less discussed, are the mental benefits. Having a consistent, well-programmed regimen, with people that you enjoy being around is SO good for mental health. Keeping this in mind and knowing this to be true will keep us accountable when the body composition changes get harder to see!
