What’s the F-O-R-M-U-L-A?

There are 4 elements to creating a complete fitness program whether you’ve chose to train in our groups  or one on one with us you will be training with the M4 formula.

  1. Mobility- Keeping the joints lubricated and maintain good range of motion to prevent injury!
  2. Strength-  Build muscular strength , the benefits are endless (read this article)
  3. Metabolic-  Burn fat and increase cardiovascular health.
  4. Macronutrients-  Tracking food daily with the right amount of carbohydrates, fat and protein to meet your specific goals. Flexible dieting so you can break habits and change your lifestyle for good.

All Strength Programming is written by NSCA CSCS Co Founder  Coach Joey Barbera. Our certified team of trainers priority is Safe Coaching and Results Driven Training!

Choose from  Group Training or Personal Training

Personal Training: If you have very specific goals, injuries or an illness that needs to be worked around, limited availability and like personal attention your best option is personal training. visit our personal training page for more information and to fill out a interest form. (read more)

Group Training: If you like a social atmosphere where everyone knows your name you’ll love our group training classes! All classes are lead by certified personal trainers. All classes follow the formula of M4. Modification are always made when needed and we strive for a non intimating environment! see group training page for more information (read more)
