WHY DO WE SWEAT?
The human body has millions of sweat glands. These glands secrete a clear fluid, whose purpose is to regulate body temperature by allowing heat loss through evaporation. While many people prefer not to perspire, if we are truly pushing ourselves during our workout and increasing our body temperature, sweating is vital- or else we would overheat. So, take your sweat as a sign that you worked hard and have an efficient cooling system!
