Total Temple Teen Training (T4) is a specifically designed program for teens 8th grade+. With a world filled with social media, pictures, and ideas about health, fitness, and body image, it can be easy to lose yourself in the mix. T4 is designed to help teens break out from these cultural norms and images to embrace their true identity in Christ! Created to focus on building our “Spirit Man”, Yolanda Lilly brings fitness, nutrition, and Biblical teaching together to show teens that with Christ, you can be all He has created YOU to be. Each session is comprised of a Biblical teaching, nutritional lesson, and workout. Teens are taught the fundamental basics of what a healthy, balanced diet looks like, how to create an effective workout program, and how to use physical strength training principles in your spiritual life. Teens will leave each lesson feeling equipped and empowered to not only take on the challenges of their day to day lives, but also the purposes and plans God has laid out for them!
