The athletic world has become very competitive and it is extremely important for athletes to maximize their time and potential to keep them at the top of their game. The focus is on enhancing athlete performance through the development of athleticism providing athletes of all ages and all sports with improved physical tools to pursue their goals in sport and life.

Athletes of all levels and ages….

Sports specific training with Coach Joey Barbera and Team design programs that develop the necessary strength, power, speed, balance, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition for an athlete to excel in their sport. Every sport is different and requires specific training. For example a long distance runner will train completely different from that of a football player or a volleyball player.


Individuals: one on one training

Small Groups: 3-5 Athletes

Teams: 10 Athletes plus, bring your entire team for training
