With a world filled with social media, pictures, and ideas about health, fitness, and body image, it can be easy to lose yourself in the mix. Temple Teens is designed to help teens break out from these cultural norms and images to embrace their true identity in Christ. This personal training program focuses on building our “Spirit Man”, through fitness, nutrition, and Biblical teaching to show teens that with Christ, you can be all He has created YOU to be. Each session is comprised of a Biblical teaching, nutritional lesson, and workout.
Teens are taught the fundamental basics of what a healthy, balanced diet looks like, how to create an effective workout program, and how to use physical strength training principles in your spiritual life. Teens will feel equipped and empowered to not only take on the challenges of their day to day lives, but also the purposes and plans God has laid out for them!

Designed to equip young ladies with the knowledge and practice of a safe and effective exercise program. Teens will feel confident when working out independently, whether at home or at the gym with lifelong health benefits.
