Yolanda Lilly was born in New York and raised in Puerto Rico, and she has called the United States home for the past 25 years. Throughout her diverse journey, she has built a successful career as a personal trainer and health advocate, with a passion for helping others transform their lives. With a bachelor’s degree and a multitude of certifications—including those from the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer, Behavioral Change Specialist, Weight Loss Management Specialist, Nutrition Fitness Specialist, and Health and Wellness Coach—Yolanda’s expertise is grounded in years of formal education, practical experience, and a deep understanding of both the body and mind.

Yolanda’s journey into personal training began with her own life-altering experience. After undergoing lumbar back fusion and multiple back procedures, she turned to Temple Fitness and strength training as a means to reclaim her health. What started as a necessary form of rehabilitation became a life-changing tool that restored her physical well-being. The strength and healing she found through training not only transformed her body but also sparked a deep passion for fitness and wellness. She quickly realized the power of strength training and proper nutrition, and it became her mission to share this transformative journey with others.

After embarking on this transformative healing journey, Joey Barbera, the founder of Temple Fitness and The Infrared Room, became a pivotal mentor in her life, encouraging her to step into the world of competitive fitness. With his guidance and support, she pushed herself to train harder than ever before, overcoming challenges and defying expectations. Her relentless dedication paid off as she competed in multiple NPC competitions, consistently securing top-three finishes in each. Her journey is a testament to perseverance, growth, and the power of mentorship.

For the past 10 years, Yolanda has dedicated her life to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Some of her approaches integrate macro tracking, behavioral changes, and strength training. Through these methods, she has helped thousands of individuals become the healthiest versions of themselves. Whether her clients are looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve their strength, or develop lasting healthy habits, Yolanda’s personalized, holistic coaching approach ensures that each person is supported on their journey.
