With a background as a competitive dancer turned Strongwoman, Gigi understands the transformative power of movement and strength. Growing up as the oldest of seven siblings, she developed a natural passion for empowering and supporting others. Her early years as a competitive dancer instilled discipline and a love for movement, which later transitioned into a drive to excel in Strongman competitions. At just 19 years old, Gigi won regionals and placed 4th at Nationals, solidifying her belief that being strong is one of the most important keys to staying healthy—and that building muscle is one of the best things a woman can do for her body and confidence.
Raised in a holistic, entrepreneurial household, Gigi was deeply influenced by watching her dad cultivate a transformational relationship with Jesus. This shaped her belief that taking care of our bodies is as spiritual as it is physical—a way to honor the Creator and the gifts we've been given. She’s thrilled to be part of a community of faith where wellness and spirituality come together to empower lives.
Weightlifting and working out have been Gigi’s ultimate tools for mental health—better for her than therapy—and she’s passionate about sharing that with others. Now, as Studio Manager at Temple Fitness, she’s dedicated to helping members feel strong, capable, and unstoppable through fitness and strength training.
Outside the studio, Gigi enjoys British tea meals, diving into big fat fantasy books, and fueling her mind with high-performance podcasts and personal development insights. She’s committed to creating an environment where women can embrace their strength, build lasting habits, and discover how powerful they truly are.
