Our nutrition program is built upon Macro Tracking, which is part of our M4 formula. This is an approach to nutrition that revolves around meeting daily macronutrient (protein/fat/carbohydrates) goals, and not necessarily on what you eat to get there. When losing weight, it’s important to be in a calorie deficit, however, eating the correct ratio of macros is critical to lose fat and maintain (or gain) muscle mass.
